In the past, the cost of materials was often based on the volume of construction projects and their cost to produce.
But now, a new study published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and The American Society for Engineering Materials (ASEM) has found that the actual cost of construction materials is often higher than the amount of construction work.
In a new article published in the journal Science, researchers at the University of California, Berkeley and The Pennsylvania State University looked at data on the cost per square meter of construction material, and then compared that to the cost to create a project using similar materials and construction methods.
According to the researchers, the real costs of building construction materials are likely higher than previously thought.
The researchers used data from the American Association of State and Local Governments (AASL) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to measure the actual costs of various building materials.
For example, they found that using a concrete slab as the foundation of a building was $5,000 more than using a similar slab as a foundation for a typical home.
The concrete slab also contained a larger volume of building material per square metre than the average home.
This means that in a typical project, an average home would have to spend between $5 million and $10 million to create the same project using the same building materials and building methods.
This is roughly equal to the amount that is used to build a typical office building, the researchers write.
However, the research also found that, even when building on a similar material, building materials can cost more than what is listed on the site.
The researchers found that if a construction company used a $1 million concrete slab, the concrete slab would have a price tag of $20,000.
On the other hand, a similar concrete slab used for a $10,000 project would have an estimated cost of $10.5 million, the study found.
Using this data, the team calculated the actual price per square foot of the material to be $20.65 per square centimeter.
The study did not include the cost for the materials themselves, but instead used the cost on the construction materials themselves.
Using these calculations, the total cost of the materials used in the construction process would be $2,078 per square inch.
This means that the cost would be more than $2.7 million per square mile, the authors say.
If the total amount of materials used to construct a typical building were $1.2 billion, that would make the total costs of the construction project for the typical home between $9 million and nearly $16 million per mile.
If a typical house costs $10 to $12 million per year to construct, this is roughly the same cost as building a typical apartment building, which costs roughly $8 million to $14 million per floor.
